Yoga Snacks
Often times in our busy days, there is so little time that we give ourselves. The myriad excuses for why we cannot practice or relax for a moment abound. Here you will find many little snacks, moments of yoga that can fit into those little spaces. There are moments that energize and moments that calm, moments that strengthen and moments that release. Take some time for you, have a snack.
A nice, simple 30 minute yoga snack with breath and meditation to soften, smoothe and open.
A slow, systematic release, stabilization and gentle awakening of the low back and sit muscles. This 30 minute progressive practice is great at any time of day, on a break before or after work, along drive, a sedentary day, times of back and hip tightness or discomfort or merely just to move the body, simply and easefully.
This little practice will stimulate the digestive juices, open the low back, release the hips and help the body move through all of the lovely meals and items consumed during your day and the many days after your day of Gratitude!

We use vibration with some moderately strong and energizing movements to set the stage for stillness, relaxation and release at the end of your busy day.

We move through some asymmetric lateral and rotational arm, neck, forward fold and side body movements to create good heat in the body in order to enjoy an alternate nostril exhale that is both soothing and calming, setting you up for a lovely break from your busy day.
